Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking our inbound calls and help make sure our customers receive a 5-star experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and accurately capture our customer’s information
• Be professional and authentic when speaking with our customers
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet appointment goals
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain communication with the team
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $16-$19 per hour including bonus pay
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm or Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-6:00pm
